I. DEFINING YOUR REQUIREMENTS           

In this phase we outline the project together with the client.

This is completed with the client receiving a Development Proposal accompanied by a Time line and a Total Cost of the Project from LINK.

This phase is without cost for the client.

II. DEVELOPING THE SOFTWARE SOLUTION

Once the Development Proposal has been approved by the client the project is initiated. This phase may include additional meetings between LINK and the Project Manager assigned by the client, to fine tune definitions and make adjustments.

LINK places great importance on this initial collaborative process knowing that good definitions from the outset guarantee optimal products that comply with client expectations and assure an improved process of design and precision in programming.


III. TESTING THE PROJECT

During this phase the product developed is put through tests to identify possible missing elements in the initial definitions or process errors.

This phase concludes with the approval of the client of the complete system and the delivery of a Users Manual elaborated by LINK.

IV. TRAINING PHASE

This phase contemplates the training provided by LINK of the users of the system. Said training is designed in collaboration with the client.

The phase is evaluated according to the final requirements of the client.


V. MAINTENANCE AND NEW DEVELOPMENTS

To finalize, once having achieved the objectives of the project, LINK offers its clients a Maintenance Phase for the applications, with the purpose of providing a process of supervision and continued improvement of the software in order to adapt, through new developments, to growth and possible changes in the Organization.
